Detroit Aggregate is looking forCement Bulker Driversto join its aggregate division based in Detroit MI. If you are looking for consistent hours overtime and yearround work the Detroit Aggregate team may be the right fit for you.
Duties and responsibilities
- Operate cement tanker and haul deliveries to job sites safely and professionally
- Assemble loading and unloading tubes
- Load and unload the cement tanker trailers into the silo using pneumatic hoses
- Clean truck after loading and delivery
- Perform pre and post trip inspections correctly
Qualified candidates must have the following:
- Previous Commercial driving experience with DOUBLES TRAILERS
- Aggregate hauling experience is preferred
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Lift and carry 50 pounds for sustained distances
- Able to stand walk crouch stoop and sit for varying times during shifts up to 12 hours long
