We Help You Make It!
Our Delivery Drivers start at: $30.28/hour. Increased to $35.64/hour once training is completed and you are delivering on your own; completion of full routes on your own over a sustained period.
1st year drivers earn between $85K 120K. Top earners can make up to $135K!

Driver Schedule
Monday through Saturday We provide flexible work options from 5day 4day or 3day workweeks to suit your schedule and provide the worklife balance that you deserve.
Drivers dispatch between 3:00 AM 7:00 AM depending on route and schedule until completion.
Deliveries are made Monday Saturday. Saturday delivery routes may be assigned as part of your schedule.

Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
Carefully unload products from the trailer with a twowheeler pallet jack or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
Perform all pretrip and posttrip equipment inspection
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80 lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops 10 per shift) required
What You Bring to the Table
Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language able to hold a conversation to understand highway traffic signs and signals to respond to official inquiries and to enter information on reports and records.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education specific skills function geographic location and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $30.28 and $35.64 per hour. As applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and a retention bonus.
