The Partnerships and Career Services Coordinator is a proactive and strategic professional dedicated to enhancing employment opportunities for SFBU students and graduates. Reporting to the Senior Director of Career & Life Planning the coordinator will develop and implement strategies to increase job and internship opportunities maintain strong relationships with employers on various levels and collaborate with faculty staff and university departments. Key responsibilities include creating marketing strategies for corporate and community engagement managing employment data and participating in career development programs.

**Note:** This is an exempt fulltime position based in Fremont California. Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of three years of work experience in a corporate/industry or university career services environment.
Professional demeanor with exceptional organizational written and public speaking skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and multitask effectively.
Strong time management skills with a motivated enthusiastic work style.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including evenings holidays and weekends.
Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree.
Experience in marketing negotiation and strategic planning.
Familiarity with computers databases and web design/editing.
Experience with platforms such as Handshake and Simplicity.

Salary Range:

$67000 $77000 annual salary depending on experience.
