Job Description

Job Title: Join Us as a Band 5/6 Mental Health Nurse at our client based in York

Banding: Band 5/6

Location: York

Working Hours: Full time / part time

Rate: 14.90 25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality care and support to patients with mental health needs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patients mental health and respond to their changing needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (Band 5/6.
  • Experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly including early late and night shifts.
