As our Director Product Management Commercial youll support HIDs success by:
Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy for biometric solutions targeting consumer and commercial markets aligning with the companys overall goals and market opportunities.
Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends market opportunities and customer pain points and translating insights into actionable product requirements and strategies.
Defining and prioritizing product features enhancements and initiatives based on market demand customer feedback and strategic objectives and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to build and maintaining a clear product roadmap.
Leading the product development process from concept to launch working closely with engineering designing and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of highquality biometric solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Engaging with customers partners and industry stakeholders to gather feedback validating product concepts and building relationships that drive product adoption and loyalty.
Collaborating with marketing sales and business development teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies that drive product awareness demand generation and revenue growth.
Owning the endtoend product lifecycle including product planning development launching and ongoing management and making datadriven decisions to optimize product performance and profitability.
Building and mentoring a highperforming product management team fostering a culture of innovation collaborating and excellence and providing guidance and supporting to help team members grow and succeed.

Your Experience and Background include:
Bachelors or masters degree in business Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in product management with a focus on technology products and solutions preferably in the biometrics security or consumer electronics industries.
Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives from concept to launch driving product innovation and delivering measurable business results.
Deep understanding of biometric technologies including fingerprint recognition facial recognition iris scanning and voice recognition and their applications in consumer and commercial markets.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts and influence decisionmaking at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve goals and drive results in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation continuous learning and driving positive change in the biometric industry.
