We are seeking talents to lead a crossfunction effort to transform how we identify customers through customizing Foundational LLM models using Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) and InContext Learning (ICL) model training technologies. The LLMcentric development model is changing every aspect of traditional software development. The candidate is expected to be able to deliver in an environment with a high velocity and lots of ambiguities by working across multiple roles from both internal and external partner engineering teams. Key job responsibilities The Software Development Engineer will: launch customer facing experiences end to end through a crossfunction effort including product manager UX designer research scientist language engineer software engineers data engineers and quality engineers. work closely with applied scientists to handle myriad of conversational use cases to learn about customers in a scalable and natural way. be responsible for the development and maintenance of key platforms needed for connecting LLMs to actual user requests and real world APIs which act on them required for building conversational agents. work with other team members to investigate design approaches prototype new technologies and evaluate technical feasibility. work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver highquality software in a fastpaced environment.
About the team The team is envisioned to enable AI assistants to learn like humans getting to know each other. We are developing both real time learning capabilities while customers are engaging with an AI assistant in conversations and offline learning capabilities basing on natural language.
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience 2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
