Title: Nursing Instructor
Salary Range: $40980.00
Contract Term Length:10 Months
Standard Hours:37.5 hours per week

Job Summary

We are currently accepting applications for a fulltime Nursing Instructor.
Job Duties:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but arent limited to:
Teaching approximately 1520 contact hours per week per semester in the classroom skills lab and/or clinical setting
Maintaining weekly office hours
Advising Students
Participating on college or system committees
A successful ACTC faculty member will exhibit the following:

Present the current discipline knowledge to teach effectively
Demonstrate respect for the diverse learning needs of students
Demonstrate the ability to utilize teaching methods designed for a variety of learning styles

Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a BSN a minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse and an unrestricted KY nursing license. Prior teaching and elearning course development experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer an applicant with a MSN.
