We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (Sr. TIPM) Hydrogen & Microgrid Asset Manager to lead the development and of a comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) program for hydrogenpowered industrial trucks (PIT) stationary hydrogen power systems and microgrid assets. This role will spearhead the creation of a bestinclass asset management framework that seamlessly integrates with our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) processes and tools.
Key job responsibilities
Program Development and Oversight:
oDesign launch and manage a comprehensive O&M program for hydrogen PIT stationary hydrogen systems battery energy storage systems (BESS) and natural gas generation systems. This program should include regular inspections preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
oEstablish a framework for asset tracking maintenance scheduling and lifecycle management consistent with RME processes and standard tools. Create a flexible program structure that can easily incorporate new asset types and adapt to growing operational requirements
oManage small to medium sized retrofit programs that improve asset performance or enable future integration of hydrogen or various onsite generation technologies.
oSupport commissioning and prestartup safety reviews of onsite cogeneration systems.
Asset Management:
oDevelop systems for tracking and logging maintenance schedules performance metrics and repair histories for all assets.
oWork closely with onsite teams and supplypartners to create and maintain an accurate inventory of all physical assets including equipment and facilities.
oUtilize predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms (where necessary) to analyze asset data optimize performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
oAct as the liaison between internal teams RME leadership and external supply partners to integrate existing tools and methodologies into the program.
oProvide regular program updates and insights to stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Scalability and Innovation:
oExpand the O&M program across all geographies ensuring consistency to Amazon standards and local regulations.
oIdentify and implement innovative approaches to continually improve the reliability and efficiency of hydrogenpowered systems and battery energy storage systems.
Performance Monitoring:
oDefine baselines metrics for performance management and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the O&M program against the baselines.
oUse insights from program data to inform decisions identify trends and implement improvements.
Travel:
oTravel up to 60 of the time

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Energy Management Operations Management or a related field.
3 years maintaining and operating facilities that utilize highly hazardous chemicals and/or experience with natural gas generation systems.
10 years of experience in managing O&M programs asset management or hydrogenbased systems.
Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies.
Demonstrated success in managing largescale technical programs across multiple sites or asset types.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
