BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Registered Nurse Case Managerfor our Suffolk County Skilled office located in Hauppauge NY. This office provides best in class care to Adult & Pediatric clients throughout Suffolk County.

- Develop the care plan and oversee its .

- Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
- Participate in the training of new nurses andinservices for field staff.
Qualifications for a Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN preferred.
- Trach /vent experience or an interest in learning.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Salary Range: $110115k
