Job Description

Were seeking a talented individual to run our marketing strategies for the panEU Gift Cards with a focus on enhancing the diversity and relevance of our marketing channels. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on discoverability of Gift Cards and inspire customers to find choose and purchase gifts for themselves and loved ones.

As the ideal candidate youll be a datadriven expert who thrives on using metrics and customer insights to uncover and deliver opportunities. Youll optimize content to overcome customer barriers and spearhead gotomarket plans for new products and country expansions.

Reporting to the Head of Amazon Gift Cards Marketing (Europe) youll be at the forefront of our mission to offer millions of customers bestinclass gifting experiences. You will help shape customer awareness and engagement with a great variety of selection including electronic or physical gift cards offered by Amazon or Brands like Apple Spotify or Uber.

Key job responsibilities
Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the onsite and remote Amazon channels and own endtoend marketing programs for a variety of digital physical and branded Gift Card products features or new launches.
Identify new opportunities to expand our customer usecases and marketing channels while leading marketing investment strategies.
Own and present strategies to the senior management while creating customer obsessed business opportunities prioritizing investments and making tradeoff decisions forecasting reporting and running performance analysis.
Leverage data and customer insights run A/B tests to drive customer awareness and engagement for gift cards traffic generation and sales conversion.
Collaborate and build partnerships with the design operations business intelligence product tech finance legal and marketing teams to continually improve your marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on business and marketing traffic performance lead executive business reviews (XBRs) for EU and Global Gift Cards leadership.
Identify scalable and longterm opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes that strengthen our business operations and support sustainable growth.

A day in the life
While no two days are the same in this role on any given day you can typically expect to work on one or more of these areas:

You will create marketing roadmaps make the trade off and prioritization decisions and communicate them with the stakeholders; acting as the owner of customer lifecycle and multiple marketing channels.
You will work closely with the marketing operations business intelligence and partner marketing teams to implement your marketing strategies or to run deep dives for the marketing traffic across the Amazon website.
You will analyze customer behaviors and campaign performance using our analytics tools build and implement A/B experiments to test your hypotheses.
You will build strategies to expand and optimize our Gift Cards discoverability onto the new marketing channels and Amazon marketplaces while presenting your plans to the senior level leadership.

About the team
The EU Gift Cards Marketing team is part of EU Consumer Gift Cards where we sell our ownAmazon and Branded Gift Cards (Apple Uber etc. together with the Top Up solution. This team sits within the EU International Payment Products organization which is the home of all customer payment products including the Cobranded Credit Card and Installments (buy now pay later).

Were a panEU team with members across several offices our biggest hubs are London and Munich. We take pride in our diversity talent development and a high bar for customer experience.

The Marketing team interacts with stakeholders worldwide. These include Gift Cards teams in regions such as North America and Japan as well as other marketing and business teams across the Amazon Payment Products portfolio including credit cards and installments. The team collaborates daily with functional teams including product tech design finance legal operations data science and business intelligence to drive their Marketing roadmap while scaling and expanding opportunities.

Bachelors degree
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Experience creating and managing complex crossteam project plans
Experience prior success in driving of largescale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience in marketing or marketing research
Experience in partnership and product marketing
Experience managing large amounts of data including customer segments and online campaign metrics
Experience with A/B Testing or MultiVariate Testing or both
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
