Job Description
We are looking for a talented System Development Engineer to work on the future central service health system integrating all services worldwide important to keep the Customer Promise. As part of a dynamic and forwardthinking team youll have the opportunity to work on a greenfield project while working with engineers across Amazon. The ideal candidate is passionate about software development and has a track record of leading design implementation and operation of largescale systems. They are keen about creating maintainable highquality software that is built and deployed through continuous delivery (CD). They care about the user experience and are confident in both back and frontend initiatives. Above all else have a passion for wellarchitected software and are to ship on time with high quality to ensure Amazon delivers customer orders on time every time.
Experience in automating deploying and supporting largescale infrastructure
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python Ruby Golang Java C C# Rust
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Experience with distributed systems at scale
