ITS provides IT support to Amazonians worldwide via a team of IT support engineers. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of operational and strategic efforts as well as coordinating and driving delivery of crossfunctional dependencies supporting such initiatives. The Sr. PM delivers on program objectives and improvements which are quantifiable with metrics on opportunities or enhancements to IT Support. You will be responsible for understanding interdependencies of the business problems faced by IT Services and partners and make optimal tradeoffs between schedule resources and scope and apply business knowledge to address major risks challenges and obstacles. Additionally you will play a significant role with business leaders to determine potential risks to a schedule and make difficult tradeoff decisions.
You will be responsible for partnering with other organizations to support deployments spotting risks and asking the right questions. This PM is expected to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve them.

5 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership Experience delivering programs within an IT organization
2 years of driving process improvements experience Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field Experience delivering service transitions
