What You Will Be Doing:
In the Environmental Impact Analyst 1/2/3 position you will be responsible for preparing environmental documentation to support construction of highway and airport projects conducting research compiling data writing environmental documents and obtaining the required projectrelated permits for routine noncontroversial highway and airport projects while applying the procedures laws standards and regulations pertaining to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). You will occasionally conduct limited field studies such as wetland delineations and eagle nest surveys and participate in public involvement activities.

Environmental Impact Analyst 1Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with the following competencies

FLEXIBLY STAFFED
This position is flexibly staffed. It may be filled at the 1 2 or 3 level depending on the applicants training and/or experience. The full range of salaries is listed above. Starting salary will be determined by the level the position is hired at. The level of the job offer will be based on the selected candidates credibly possessed and proven competencies. If hired at the lower level you will be promoted to the higher level after successfully completing the training plan and demonstrating competency in the work.
