Are you inspired by solving supply chain challenges Do you have a passion for driving operational excellence through process improvements and automation We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to execute & help optimize inventory management processes and partner across the organization to deliver for our customers.
Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazons ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
Key job responsibilities
Execute daytoday inventory management tasks for drone manufacturing and sitetosite material transfers
Monitor stock levels and execute replenishment orders based on established processes
Communicate with internal customers regarding order statuses and discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records by executing cycle counts and physical inventory checks
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with shipping carriers for inbound and outbound deliveries
Arrange transportation for sitetosite transfers of inventory
Escalate complex inventory issues to senior planners or managers
Follow data entry protocols to ensure ERP system accuracy
Update stock location and bin information in the ERP system
Process goods receipts and issues in the ERP system
Participate in system testing for updates and enhancements

Being a Supply Chain Manager for Amazon Prime Air involves lots of problem solving. Youll work with a number of teams to navigate challenges when situations impact our supply chain. Youll spend time resolving tactical issues and identifying improvement opportunities to move Prime Air towards achieving a largescale drone delivery service for our customers.
1 years of supply chain experience
Inventory Management experience
Experience with Excel
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience with MS Office Suite 365

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $106100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
