A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Program Planner/Scheduler plays a crucial role in supporting the development of space products by implementing standard processes and tools for program planning. This position is essential in coordinating efforts to ensure that all program objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Handles Scheduling Tasks: Prepares develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
- Tracks Project Progress: Monitors plans and schedules performing risk analysis and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts to keep projects on track.
- Facilitates CrossFunctional Integration: Ensures that major projects and program schedules are synchronized across various functional groups including finance engineering material manufacturing and quality.
- Analyzes Schedule Data: Manages the information within the IMS leveraging experience to interpret and analyze schedule and cost data for informed decisionmaking.
- Utilizes Project Management Techniques: Applies Gantt charts Critical Path methods and earned value management to assess project performance and identify variances.
- Supports Regular Reviews: Facilitates weekly and monthly reviews of IMS status and metrics providing detailed analysis to ensure quality completeness and compliance.
- Communicates Effectively: Maintains professional communication with stakeholders presenting complex information clearly to management and team members.
- Anticipates Project Needs: Proactively identifies and addresses potential scheduling conflicts and risks to enhance overall project .
- Performs Other Duties: Takes on additional responsibilities as needed demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the broader program objectives.

- Integrated Scheduling: Mastery of preparing and managing the IMS to align with program objectives.
- Risk Management: Conducting thorough risk analysis and mitigating issues that affect the schedule.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Working effectively with program management technical teams production and finance to ensure project integration.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing schedule and cost data to derive insights and inform decisionmaking.
- Project Management Techniques: Proficient in using Gantt charts Critical Path methods and earned value management to track project progress.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of presenting complex information clearly to management and stakeholders.
- Detail Orientation: Ensuring the IMS is accurate complete and compliant with established standards.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience in program planning or scheduling.
- Indepth understanding of Planning fundamentals including Cost/Schedule Integration and Schedule Analysis.
- Expertlevel proficiency in Microsoft Project and the MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Critical Path management and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Familiarity with DoD programs and scheduling for product development cycles is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $850000$100000 annually. Base pay will vary based on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. In addition to base pay Innoflight offers a competitive compensation package that includes ProfitSharing Bonus Cash Performance Bonus and a robust benefits package. Innoflight offers health care benefits such as medical dental vision health savings accounts and life insurance. Ancillary benefits such as critical illness accident short term & longterm disability pet insurance ID & Legal Shield CalPerks and EAP. Youll also receive 10 paid holidays per year 120 hours of paid time off (starting in year 1 and auto enrolled into our 401K with a 3 automatic company match.
