Job Description
- Raw data processing Daily report tracking MoM for monthly meeting with OSD1 OPL MBR tracking & remind. 25
- Maintain daily inbound shipment tracking reports on Power BI dashboard. 20
- Identify missing invoices and communicate with LSP. 20
- Cost analysis and Cost comparison. 20
- Volume collection for tender. 10
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct superior from time to time. 5
Qualifications :
- Third/Final year student major in Logistics Foreign Trade or a related field entitled as fulltime student during the 6month internship.
- No working experiences required although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage.
- Eloquent English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have strong communication logical thinking analytical skills.
- Proactive hardworking and independent.
- Working hour: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Mon Fri).
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
