Job Description
As a Recruitment Onboarding Admin you will manage recruitment requirements facilitate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with hiring standards. You ll work closely with Hiring Managers to support strategic resourcing decisions and keep recruitment pipelines active and aligned with business needs.

Your Daily Tasks
- Manage recruitment requirements for all Access Group Australia business units and subsidiaries
- Organize and attend weekly Recruitment Progress Meetings (RPM) with Hiring Managers to align hiring pipelines with operational needs
- Provide insights and guidance to assist Hiring Managers in resourcing decisions
- Action internal recruitment requests promptly while communicating progress to hiring managers
- Draft job advertisements prescreen candidates and conduct background checks
- Facilitate onboarding paperwork and initiate employment contracts for approved hires
- Arrange medicals and mobilisation requirements for new starters
- Assist with employee induction processes on a weekly or asneeded basis
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and business systems
- Use platforms like LinkedIn to promote Access Group s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and share job opportunities
- Provide training and guidance to Internal Recruiters when required
- Identify opportunities to connect with external talent providers for additional recruitment resources
- Ensure all new employee compliance requirements are met per State and Territory legislation
- Manage recruitment databases to ensure accuracy and relevance
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 35 years of experience in Recruitment Onboarding and Admin roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent listening and communication skills with employees and management at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread external communications like employment contracts
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Solutionfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering results
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to provide guidance and support to team members in a senior capacity
