Amazon MGM Studios Distribution is looking for a bright and motivated coordinator to support the Miamibased Sales & Distribution Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution division that oversees the licensing of Amazon Studios titles as well as MGM new release and library movies such as the James Bond Rocky and Creed film franchises and series such as The Handmaids Tale and Fargo.
The Distribution Coordinator is the primary point of contact and information flow from a variety of teams clients and partners to our distribution executives and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Distribution Team in their efforts to source evaluate and administer new licensing opportunities across Latin America Brasil Spain and Portugal.

Key job responsibilities
Assist in preparing sales presentations licensing agreements and pitch materials tailored to specific clients.
Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales leads opportunities and contract progress.
Coordinate internal resources to support the sales process including financial legal marketing and delivery teams.
Respond to client inquiries providing relevant information on available content pricing and licensing terms.
Track and fulfill requests for screeners promotional materials and metadata from broadcast partners.
Conduct research on market trends competitive landscapes and emerging opportunities in international territories.
Generate sales performance reports and assist in evaluating deal success and ROI.
Support the planning and of sales events trade shows and industry conferences.
Handle scheduling and meeting preparation for the sales team.
About the team
The Amazon MGM Studios Distribution team leads Amazons efforts to license the SVOD AVOD transactional and linear television rights to Amazon Original content as well as MGMs 4000 films and 17000 television episodes. We are at the forefront of licensing both theatrical and directtoservice content and are looking for knowledgeable innovative team members to help us delight customers with worldclass entertainment!
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Passion for film and television content.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Background in content sales licensing marketing or a related role in the entertainment industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce.
