Job Summary:
As a Systems Administrator you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our IT systems. You will oversee the infrastructure address technical challenges and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization and security of our systems making a significant impact on the organizations technological capabilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Implement troubleshoot and maintain IT systems.
- Manage daily IT system configuration and operations.
- Assist users with IT systems access and usage.
- Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
- Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems ensuring system integrity and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and two 2 years of systems administration experience. In lieu of Bachelors degree an additional five 5 years of systems administration experience for a total of 7 will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Knowledge of STE/STN
- Linux foundation skills
- Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
