Lead AI Engineer Miami FL hybrid
My client is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive the development and deployment of cuttingedge AI solutions that transform the industry. Youll work alongside the Director of Information Engineering & AI leveraging machine learning deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to automate processes enhance datadriven insights and create enterprisescale AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Machine Learning Development Design train and deploy ML models to solve business challenges using supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning techniques.
Conversational AI & LLMs Finetune and implement LLMs (GPT Ollama Groq) for dynamic contextaware enterprise applications.
API & System Integration Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with internal and external platforms.
Data Engineering & Governance Develop data pipelines (Spark Airflow) and ensure compliance with data security policies.
Leadership & Collaboration Mentor a small team of AI engineers and data scientists while partnering with crossfunctional leaders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Innovation & Optimization Stay ahead of AI trends champion new initiatives and optimize AI performance & ROI.
What You Bring:
5 years of AI/ML development experience with a proven track record of enterprise AI deployments.
Expertise in Python TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face and LLM finetuning.
Handson experience with SQL Apache Spark Airflow and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Kubernetes and Docker for scalable AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills to translate AI innovations into business impact.
