Job Description

In this role you will be focused on helping an established 24/7 intelligence center deliver actionable intelligence to their customers around the world and while scaling and optimize efforts in a hightech fast pace physical security environment. You will actively mentor and develop new analysts writing and critical thinking skills.

Key job responsibilities
Act as a primary point of escalation for ISAAC analysts on shift.
Lead ISAACs response to incidents in case of a crisis guiding and documenting ISAACs actions and alert management or other customers as needed.
Brief customers and senior leadership on breaking events and issues.
Onboard and train new analysts.
Monitor open sources for threats and craft timely alerts.
Provide edits and quality control for the onshift team.
Provide 24/7 support if needed.
Work with the ISAAC manager to create and maintain team operating procedures.
Assist with research for white papers and strategic projects.
Various other administrative duties including providing team metrics tracking ongoing projects and creating search parameters.
Bachelors degree (business international relations or securityrelated preferred).
Experience with open source research social media monitoring online investigation and alert writing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to succinctly summarize and assess information.
Demonstrated leadership experience or experience working in a managerial position.
2 years experience working in an operation center crisis management travel security or other fast paced environment requiring rapid decision making and analysis.
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Experience completing multiple tasks simultaneously and functioning with minimal supervision.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
