Production Associate I QC
Working from Home Opportunities Available

Hourly Range: $16.20 USD
Position Overview
The Production Associate I is initially hired for a specific function but may be crosstrained based on the business need to perform different or multiple functions for multiple groups within the Company. The various roles the Production Associate I may fill are outlined in the Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities below.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
When assisting the Appraisal QC Department:
- Complete quality control examinations of appraisals consistent with defined requirements and turn times
- Maintain awareness of client requirements regulatory requirements and investor guidelines
- Maintain proper system documentation of each quality control examination
When assisting the Assignment Department:
- Handles basic assignment
- Assign client orders to the most qualified vendor in our database
- Ensure that all outstanding orders are completed and submitted by the vendor due date and time
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure on time delivery of reports to the client
- Handles inbound calls from the Vendor Hotline in support of the assignment function
- Review and ensure the vendors product offering quality and fee schedule are in line with the client and the Companys guidelines.
- Partner with client service managers to resolve client delays question concerns etc.
- Submit feedback on vendor coverage capacity and profile information to the Vendor Management Department
- Negotiate client fees and due rates
When assisting the Client Services Department:
- Handles customer service for their assigned clients. Manage client issues until resolution
- Ensure all client inquiries are handled satisfactorily and in a timely manner
- Work with internal departments to ensure on time delivery of all orders
- Manage clients open pipeline to ensure milestones are achieved during the order life cycle and to ensure on time delivery
- Proactively resolves problems for the client
- Negotiate client fees and when needed vendor fees
- Proactively identify potential problems and provide resolution
- Is the subject matter expert for their clients
- Balance organizational needs with client needs
When assisting in the Status Department:
- Ensure all outstanding orders are completed and submitted by the vendor due date and time
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure on time delivery of reports to the client
- Effectively resolve problems that may lead to a delay in receiving the report
- Serve as a conduit between vendors and clients
- Make appropriate notations in the order file that describe the current status of the order
- Provide feedback on vendor performance and profile information to vendor managers
- Partner with Client Service managers to resolve client delays questions concerns etc.
When assisting the Vendor Management Department:
- Handles inbound calls from the Vendor Hotline in support of the vendor management function
- Process Vendor Feedback Tickets (VFTs) received from internal business partners
- Resolve inquires received through CRM
- Recruit new certified appraisers to join PCV panel by searching the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) website
- Recruit appraisers for the Premier Vendor program and in limited coverage areas
- Obtain vendor fee quotes and turn times for specific products and multiple clients
