Job Description
The Amazon Hiring Software Delivery team is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to help drive our engineering revolution in the Talent Acquisition (TA) space.
You get the opportunity to work on a ground up rebuild of our analytical capabilities from data ingress to complex business transformations to end user reporting and beyond. In this role you will invent and build on behalf of candidates experiment and test new ideas evangelize successes and drive consistency.

Key job responsibilities
* Influence design and architecture by sharing your mobile application development expertise
* Participate in the full development life cycle working within broadly defined parameters including test plan and software quality needs.
* Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or mobile application and serve as a technical lead on complex projects.
* Build software solutions where the problem is not well defined.
* Design and define the interaction between the solution components and other systems where applicable.
* Build highly scalable cloudnative applications using services like Amazon API Gateway AWS Amplify AWS AppSync AWS Device Farm and Amazon Pinpoint etc.

5 years of noninternship professional software development experience
5 years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
5 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience as a mentor tech lead or leading an engineering team
5 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
