Be part of our client s team as a QA Officer where you will play a critical role in maintaining product excellence and regulatory compliance. You will oversee quality assurance processes audits and documentation while ensuring that every product meets the highest industry standards.
Your Career at a Glance
Shift: Mondays to Fridays 6 AM 3 PM Manila time
Work Setup: Onsite SM City Clark Pampanga
- Manage all quality aspects including technical Quality Agreements and product listing updates.
- Oversee thirdparty management including supplier qualification risk assessments supplier quality audits vendor qualification and vendor management.
- Conduct internal and external audits ensuring followup on corrective actions and continuous improvement of systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Medsafe regulations for materials and finished products.
- Manage batch release processes and stability programs.
- Develop draft review and approve area documentation including SOPs and methods.
- Maintain and conduct routine checks on the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Audit production and quality control documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Meet daily operational targets.
- Assist in assessing and managing quality system documents including deviations change controls and CAPAs.
- Support internal audits and participate in the review of validation reports.

Requirements
What It Takes to Excel in This Role
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Medical Technology Health or Medical Sciences or a related field.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Quality Assurance role.
- Handson experience in assessing deviations change controls and CAPAs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data and apply a scientific approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly motivated flexible and adaptable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with cosmetic and food industry guidelines (preferred).
