OT on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis Engagement Team Sr Technical Writer Labor Category Mid Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 DPLH Est.:  Hrs. 2080 ST 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS United States Across The Southeastern Region supporting Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA64 in collaboration with GSA focusing on professional and administrative support for procurement and management services.

Seeking Auditor candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOEPASS.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W2 (IRS1099 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a FullTime ProSidian employed W2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Professional and Administrative Support Services  (Auditor) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management  Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOEPASS) Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA64 Generally Located In CONUS United States and across the Southeastern Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Auditor Professional and Administrative Support Services  DOEPASS962967

  • Conduct research on topics related to the programs being audited to effectively plan and execute audits.
  • Participate in conferences with senior management officials of the audited agency at the beginning and conclusion of each audit engagement.
  • Analyze and evaluate narrative financial and statistical reports as well as program data to assess program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for improving program performance.
  • Design and administer questionnaires summarize results and incorporate findings into audit reports.
  • Prepare questions for and document interviews with Federal agency officials and program recipients to gather detailed information about the audited program.
  • Prepare comprehensive work papers that substantiate audit findings and conclusions.
  • Summarize and present findings and recommendations in audit reports.

Qualifications :

Desired Qualifications For Auditor Professional and Administrative Support Services  DOEPASS962967 DOEPASS962967 Candidates:

  • 35 years of experience in auditing financial analysis or program evaluation preferably in a government or public sector environment.
  • Familiarity with Federal auditing standards and practices is highly desirable.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting finance business administration public administration or a related field.

Skills Required

  • Strong ability to analyze financial statistical and narrative reports to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting findings preparing reports and conducting interviews

Competencies Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher & Adobe)
