The technical assistance and training will be related to: 1 policy legal and regulatory reform; 2 technical operational and economic analysis; 3 financial mechanisms and market creation; 4 economic management transparency and fiscal policy; 5 and environmental impacts and social and community issues related to resource development.

Seeking Methane Abatement Specialist candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as DOIITAP.  This as a FullTime ProSidian W2 Government and Public Services Functional Area Government and Public Services Supply/Service Initiative and an employed position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Government and Public Services (Methane Abatement Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management  Solutions for clients such as Department of the Interior International Technical Assistance Program  (DOI ITAP)   International Technical Assistance Program  Generally Located In OCONUS and across the Eastern Europe Region (Of Country/World).

• Assess methane emissions in extractive industries
• Develop strategies for methane reduction
• Oversee implementation of abatement technologies
• Evaluate environmental impact
• Provide technical reports and policy recommendations

Qualifications :
