Job Description

We are seeking a Real Property Audit Readiness Analyst to support our work with the US Army. Work will be performed on a hybrid basis with onsite support expected three days per week in Tysons Corner and Arlington VA.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret security clearance (interim OK)
Masters Degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
4 years of experience with federal financial management
2 years of federal accounting experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Federal audit readiness and remediation experience (DoD experience preferred)
External audit experience (DoD experience preferred)
Intermediate experience with Microsoft products (e.g. content creation in powerpoint data analysis (macros/pivots) in excel

Desired Skills & Experience

Internal audit internal controls DoD audit readiness or audit property accountability or financial reporting experience.
Army Real Property experience
Data analytics and visualization skills

At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; jobrelated skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
