Challenger Sports is looking for reliable energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our Challenger Soccer Academy
Information:
- Classes run Monday through Sunday lasting 4560 minutes each session and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform equipment training and a curriculum to follow.
- Academy trainer offers flexible parttime working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. We are looking for coaches to begin working in August for an 68 week block of sessions. Fulltime coaching is also available.
What is Challenger Soccer Academy Professional yearround coaching.
- You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
- Deliver inhouse coaches clinics and coach education.
- Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players parents and coaches.
- Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of previous seasons worked as a trainer. You will coach soccer for an average of 15 30 hours each week with the balance of 35 hours inoffice marketing maintenance.

Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application
- Must be aware of current first aid procedures
- It is essential you are personable with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Playing/coaching experience is preferred
- You must have valid work authorization

Challenger Sports is the nations leading provider of soccer camps and clinics and were looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 26. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor social and psychological skills.

Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional yearround coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 18 years old.
