DescriptionProject manage the end to end process and build relationship with stakeholders who are involved in managing the Digital strategy in the North American internet configurator for Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles.
Responsibilities- Interact with the respective stakeholder to get the latest input documents for the models to be launched.
- Map out the whole landscape to understand what the end to end it work out what end to end ownership means (or new end to end business with respect to Ecommerce).
- Manage the tracker for the requests and amendments received report the KPIs.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure consistency of product information across platforms.
- Report the progress of the Project using reports Dashboard and tools.
- Keep an keen interest in process improvements through technical / automation perspective.
- Coordinate with the supporting stakeholders for the digital assets and site setup.
- Verify the inputs performed by the authoring analyst to ensure quality output.
- Receive approval from the respective stakeholders for publishing the models.
- Enable supporting contents for Inventory and ECommerce requirements.
- Maintain compliance and control documentation for managing audits & reviews.

- Clear understanding of the input & requirement received from business team.
- Updating the Market site with the latest info as per the target/launch date provided.
- Troubles shooting in case of issues identified in the IT platforms.
Relationship Management
Need to build and maintain relationship through phone email net meeting and conference call with the upstream downstream information technology and business teams.
