Salary: $115$150K Great Benefits Employer paid RRSP Share options Hybrid Summer hours

Our client is growing their operations and projects in Vancouver and offers a challenging and supportive environment for their people to achieve their professional goals on meaningful projects.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience as a Project Manager in a General Contracting environment managing all aspects of the project
- 58years construction related experience (civil works mechanical electrical formwork)
- . . or CET Designation
- Either hold or are eligible for Gold Seal certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in Estimating Scheduling Budgeting/CostControl Financial Reporting andClient Relationship Management.
- Excellent management skills and proactive at addressing issues
- Prior experience with Design Build and Water/Wastewater projects isan asset.
- Highly developed leadership communication and computer skills
- Extensive experience with lump sum projects.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office is required.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good natured management in a supportive growth environment
