You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to a Client Services Supervisor the Parasol Partner Support Associate will work directly with end customers of our authorized integrators. This role requires the ability to carefully listen and assist end customers and our Partners in their questions. The Parasol Partner Support Associate will need to show empathy and excellent soft skills. Accurate notes and grammar are a must!
This role requires someone who is motivated experienced and dynamic. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. The Partner Support Specialist will perform calmly under pressure while meeting customers needs have an eye for details and excellent followup.
JOB DUTIES:
Provide every customer with worldclass customer service
Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls
Assist integrators with general questions account support and billing questions
Listen attentively to customers needs and concerns
Ability to accurately input customer data and leave detailed notes
Ability to utilize resources and multitask through them as needed
Must be able to pick up new technologies quickly and have a keen eye for detail
Meet expectations in monthly KPIs identified by organization
Must be able to meet required schedule adherence guidelines as identified by organization
YOU MUST HAVE:
1 year Customer Service
Must be able to work fulltime hours between 8am8pm ET with the possibility on weekends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
WE VALUE:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Salesfoce or Zendesk experience
