Field Sales Trainer (B2B & D2D)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Trainer (B2B & D2D) to join our team at CQS. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance our sales teams product knowledge selling skills and overall performance. Your mission is to ensure our sales professionals are skilled confident and aligned with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for both new and existing sales representatives.
  • Lead interactive training sessions including roleplaying exercises workshops and practical field training.
  • Assess training effectiveness by observing sales interactions collecting feedback and analyzing performance data.
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers and other Trainers to align training initiatives with company goals.
  • Develop individual coaching plans and provide oneonone mentorship to sales representatives.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales hires by providing structured training and resources.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong customer service and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to measure and improve performance metrics.
  • Experience in building and developing highperforming teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Coach Training Specialist or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications in sales training are a plus.
