Basic Qualifications:
- Must have an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Required Education:A Masters degree and 10 years of experience in DoD Business Financial Program/Project Management required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Results/Outcomes Focused
- Familiarization with MRTFB Direct and Overhead Funding
- Familiarization with Atlassian Toolsets
- Familiarization with DoD Financial Management Systems
- Familiarization with Knowledge Management Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Systems
- Familiarization with TRMC Portfolios S&T Development Projects and Joint Mission Environment Test Capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the relationship between Financial Management and Technical Requirements

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
