Nexapp Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications (MarkComm) Manager to drive the marketing strategy brand positioning and lead generation efforts for its Managed WAN solutions SDWAN M2M Gateways Network Managed Services and hardware products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B marketing digital campaigns content creation and market research within the networking and hardware technology industry. This role requires close collaboration with sales product and leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to Managed WAN solutions SDWAN M2M Gateways Network Managed Services and Nexapps hardware product line.
- Enhance brand visibility and positioning through effective campaigns thought leadership and innovative storytelling.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures presentations case studies and videos for both networking solutions and hardware products.
2. Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns using digital offline and partnerdriven strategies for Managed WAN solutions SDWAN and Nexapps hardware products.
- Align with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff and optimize conversion rates across network services and hardware offerings.
3. Digital & Content Marketing
- Develop SEOoptimized content including blogs whitepapers and webinars to increase engagement and drive traffic.
- Manage paid and organic digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Google Ads and industry forums to enhance lead acquisition for both services and hardware solutions.
- Track and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
4. Event & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute trade shows industry events and webinars to showcase Nexapps expertise in networking and hardware solutions.
- Engage with the community through strategic partnerships networking events and sponsorships.
5. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research customer analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine marketing strategies for both Managed WAN services and hardware products.
- Provide insights to the product and sales teams to stay ahead of market trends.
6. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Create customer success stories and testimonials to build credibility.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
7. Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Track key KPIs including lead conversion campaign ROI and brand growth metrics.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
810 years of experience in B2B Marketing preferably in Networking IT or Hardware Technology sectors.
Strong expertise in digital marketing content creation and lead generation.
Experience in SEO PPC (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) and social media marketing.
Handson experience in event management PR and corporate communications.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure marketing ROI.
Strong communication storytelling and project management skills.
Prior experience in handling marketing budgets and ensuring costeffective .
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus.
Prior experience in a technologydriven B2B enterprise is highly desirable.
