Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for a qualified part time account manager for a specific account with multiple physical locations in the Johnson County area.
Part Time
Monday Friday
After 5:30pm
15 20 Hours Per Week
$ 20 Per Hour
Paid to drive between client locations.
North Liberty Coralville and Iowa City areas.
Duties:
Train and manage janitorial staff onsite
Ensuring quality cleaning standards are met
Cover the cleaning shift of an employee who quit or called in sick
Complete detail cleaning to maintain the deeper/detail duties are maintained.
Working inhand with Office Pride management
Janitorial Supervisory experience
Cleaning experience
Solid Employment Record
To have read this position full job description
Be able to bend/lift 50 lbs.
Floor auto scrubber experience
Availability every Monday Friday after 5:30pm
A criminal background check will be ran
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Teamwork leadership and exceptional Communication skills
Knowledge of janitorial cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Flexible organized and adaptable to changes with employee and clients daily needs
