We are currently hiring Chat Sales Representatives & Email & chat supportfor our onsite work arrangement with US shifts based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our companys growth.
1)Position: Chat Sales Representative
Salary : 26k to 32k CTC
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through chat and provide them with exceptional sales support.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer inquiries provide accurate information and resolve any concerns or issues.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
Requirements:
Graduates or HSC pass with a minimum of 2 years of documented BPO experience in a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with chatbased sales processes and tools.
Comfortable working in US shifts with rotational week offs.
