• Per diem Monday 8 hours per day
• The annual case volume isGI 1000 surgical)
• Case mix: General surgery GI gynecology ophthalmology orthopedic pain management ENT and Pediatric ENT
• 12 ORs daily
• Medical direction of 12 CRNAs
• EMR paper charts

Requirements

• Active PA license
• Board certified
