Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Horsham RH13
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An exciting opportunity for wellpresented Estate Agency Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is articulate wellspoken and keen to develop a career in the property industry.
The role involves being at the forefront of the company dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious person who is looking to build a career in the property industry.
Your role will involve talking to potential buyers arranging property viewings conducting negotiations and following up the sale through to completion.

Skills required for thisSales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency sales experience essential
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Horsham area helpful
- Full UK Driving License and own car
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
