Requirements: - Paralegal qualification/certification or relevant legal studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings trials and meetings.
- File legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Manage and organise case files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with clients opposing counsel and other parties.
- Maintain and update legal databases and client records.
- Provide administrative support as required.
