On behalf of our prominent Clients based out in Qatar we are seeking an exceptionallyexperienced Estate Manager / General Manager with notable experience in leading 5star or 7star hotels and managing luxurious sprawling behemoth estates in New York & surroundings Los Angeles or in the rest of the USA that is highly capable of managing substantial teams and the properties of a UHNW Principal that travels extensively. The selected Estate Manager will evidently have the potential of handling all the Qatarbased properties and most probably a few overseas will tactfully deal with female quarters liaising with any of the stakeholders personnel of this ultra prestigious household.
The stellar Estate Manager will report to the Principal and to any representatives handpicked by the Principal and must be able to work both independently and collaboratively wholeheartedly taking the lead and being instrumental in the smooth running of the Palaces and other residences composed of large teams of staff 200 split into Heads of Department.
The ultimate Estate Manager will exude naturalborn authority whilst not being domineering in order to instill confidence in their teams prompting each and every one of them to deliver their absolute best. With this in mind the Estate Manager will resort to their soft skills diplomacy and flair to meticulously organize and strategize the implementation of all the Principals requests (at times secondguessing them) by smartly getting all the teams into motion to best cater to the Principals needs and this across multiple homes. Accompanying the Principal will be involved.
In this multifaceted pivotal role the Estate Manager will put new systems in place testdrive them and oversee challenging projects with the utmost professionalism and depth. Equally importantly it will be highly appreciated for the Estate Manager to display utter efficiently whilst conducting their role in the most discreet demeanor.
It shall be expected that your thorough secondtonone expertise in all things crystallized around premium estate management leveraged by your highend hospitality background will clearly set you apart from your peers in the profession notably when it comes to attending to the familys needs organizing largescale events on behalf of the family and of any affiliated prestigious guests.

Requirements
The duties shall include but not limited to:
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals.
- Used to managing large teams.
- Writing & implementing SOP Manuals (Standard Operational Procedures).
- Catering to all the Principals needs the familys the childrens & any guests.
- Maximizing guest experience.
- Strategic planning.
- Being used to working in fastpaced environments.
- Conducting tasks in the mosttimely manner.
- Outstanding greeting skills.
- Strictly adhering to etiquette and security protocols.
- Etiquette expertise and flair.
- Holding open lines of communication with colleagues and other household staff.
- Running errands.
- In charge of the households inventories manually & digitally.

- Submitting and rolling out new ideas maximizing the household.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role in the US or in the U.K.
- Coming from a topnotch 5star or 7star hospitality background.
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree from a prestigious establishment.
