Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster for a temporary position. This is an immediate opening and we require someone who can start without a twoweek notice period.
Responsibilities
- Manage and investigate workers compensation claims
- Analyze and determine the extent of the organizations liability
- Communicate with injured employees medical providers and legal representatives
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Workers Compensation Adjuster
- Strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Proficient in relevant computer applications

- Reviewing and analyzing workers compensation claims
- Communicating with various stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Making decisions regarding the extent of the organizations liability
- Documenting all claim activities and maintaining records
