Job Description
We are hiring for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Artist to lead the visual design for our games. This is a generalist handson role where youll create and help direct work across all aspects of game art including 2D 3D animation effects and UI.
We value candidates with a strong sense of ownership excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in smaller teams. If you are motivated to create impactful visuals and contribute to solving challenges this is the role for you.
As a Senior Artist you will play a vital role in shaping the look feel and functionality of our games visuals driving the player experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
- 3D Assets: Create and integrate 3D elements (e.g. icons HUD components and menus) using industrystandard software and optimize them for Unity.
- Art Development: Lead the creation of polished highquality art assets that align with the games artistic vision.
- Competitor Research: Analyze and stay updated on art asset standards and competitors to ensure our visuals are both cuttingedge and effective.
- UI Design: Work with preexisting UI elements and design new UI components based on UX designs to enhance player interaction and satisfaction.
- Concept and Illustrative Skills: Utilize strong concept and illustrative skills to develop compelling visual designs and art assets.
- Optimization: Ensure art assets are performanceoptimized for mobile platforms while maintaining high visual quality.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address technical or artistic challenges related to art asset development improving processes and workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers artists and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of art elements.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Desired Skills
- Proven experience designing and implementing art assets for mobile games with at least 2 shipped titles in your portfolio.
- Strong demonstrable understanding of art development principles usability and player interaction design.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop or other 2D design tools and experience creating mockups wireframes and final assets.
- Proficiency with 3D software (e.g. Blender Maya) for creating and integrating 3D assets.
- Handson experience integrating assets into Unity with a solid understanding of performance optimization for mobile platforms.
- Strong communication skills able to present ideas clearly and work effectively within a smaller team environment.
- Selfmotivation and ownership of tasks with a proactive approach to solving problems and suggesting improvements.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. GIT).
- Strong knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and competitor products.
- Experience adapting designs for different screen sizes resolutions and device constraints.
- A solid grasp of accessibility considerations in art design.
