Job Description

- Know understand and adhere to company established policies and procedures.
- To wash dishes pots and small wares in a safe efficient and timely manner.
- To properly store and handle glassware china and silverware etc. to prevent breakage.
- To maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
- To remove trash in kitchen and outside areas and place in appropriate containers as specified by Company policy and procedures.
- To know how to use and apply all chemicals in a safe manner.
- To assist the kitchen Chef in the preparation of food when asked.
- To assist the Chef in receiving deliveries of food and food related products.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
