- A highly competitive salary $275000 plus$20000 sign on bonusterms apply annually for a 4day work week in a stable wellrespected practice. If a 5th day is worked the hourly rate for the day will be $185.00.Annual salary range can be between $275000 to $350000 for 45 days per week with 4 weeks PTO and 23 weeks annually of doctor out days for which you are paid.

About the Position
As a CRNA you will play a vital role in our surgical team providing toptier anesthesia care while leading and supporting your fellow CRNAs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preoperative intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia care
- Assessing and preparing patients for monitored anesthesia care
- Overseeing patient recovery and immediate postop needs
- Collaborating closely with physicians and surgical teams
What We Look For

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A flexible approach to scheduling with hours starting as early as 7:00 AM and rotating schedules planned 68 weeks in advance
Qualifications
- Florida Licensed CRNA
- ACLS and BLS Certification
- Experience preferred but recent graduates welcome
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR and MS Office Suite a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced mobile clinical setting
