Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking a passionateHigh School SAT Math Tutor to join our team in Wilmington Delaware.This opportunity is perfect for tutors and teachers who want to support students in need during after school hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for flexible parttime work during after school hours.
Why Work with Back to Basics
- Flexible parttime hours: Our SAT Math tutoring sessions occur after school evenings and weekends is a plus.
- Small school environment: SAT Math tutoring will occur onsite inperson at the Augustine Hills School in Wilmington Delaware.
- Work with students oneonone
What Youll Do:
- Tutor high school students with SAT strategies content and testtaking skills as well as be an expert in thecontent areas of Algebra 1 Algebra 2 and Geometry.
- Work with students 1:1
- Candidate will be guided with Back to Basics Learning SAT preparation techniques
Your Qualifications
- Must have recent experience with newSAT format
- Must have experience in tutoring for the SAT preferably a minimum of 2 years
- Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress as well as being wellversed in reading SAT results and deciphering what the individual studentneeds to improve their score.
- Must have a sincere passion and interest in helping studentssucceed.
- Expertise to adapt to various student levels and math abilities.
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have reliable attendance
