About the Role
PhysioWorks is growing! Were hiring an Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinics in Silverdale and Kent WA. This role offers a collaborative work environment specialty training opportunities and flexible scheduling.
Fulltime preferred 40 hours per week)
Parttime candidates welcome (Minimum 20 hours & 2 weekdays
Caseload & Specialty Areas
Diverse patient mix including:
General orthopedics
Work rehabilitation (Work Conditioning & Work Hardening)
Manageable caseload of 1012 patients per day
Onehour patient sessions for quality care
Hand therapy & splinting experience preferred (CHT a plus!
Work Schedule
Clinic Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 4x8s available
No weekends or major holidays!
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $85000 $120000 per year (based on experience and certifications)

Job Requirements
Washington OT Licensure (or eligibility)
Minimum 1 year of hand therapy experience
Splinting experience required
CHT is a plus but not required
