Job Profile Details:

  • Post: Business Development Executive (BDE)
  • Type: Permanent on the rolls of theBANK

Role & Responsibility This position is permanent and on the rolls ofThe BANK for the post of Business Development Executive (BDE). It is a field sales job which involves traveling within the city/local area and has the following responsibilities:

  • To sell the Banks products o Savings Accounts
  • Current Accounts
  • Term Deposits
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Gold Coins / Online Trading)
  • To acquire new to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships
  • To fulfill KYC norms
  • To reach out to High Networth Individuals

The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of the BANK.

  • Presentablility
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and Creative
  • Good command over English & local language
  • High Sales orientation for achieving numbers
  • Ability to work under pressure

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream both Freshers and Experienced candidates
  • Candidates having experience in BFSI sectors will be preferred
  • Candidates from service industries like Hotel Pharma IT etc. with a flair for Sales can also apply
  • Candidate age should not be more than 26 years as on training start date
  • Candidate should be willing to do sales & collection
  • Candidates who own a 2wheeler and Smartphone will be preferred

2.Selection Process:

  • The applicant is required to successfully clear the Axis written test and interview round get enrolled for the Axis Sales Academic Program

3.Compensation & Benefits

  • On successful completion of 6 days residential training program and 5days OJT candidates will be absorbed bythe BANK at an annual consolidated CTC of Rs. 1.50 L.
  • Performancebased Incentives: One can earn a maximum incentive of up to Rs.720000/ p.a. (Rs. 60000/ p.m.

4. Program Details

  • The selected applicant has to undergo 6 days residential training at ITM respective campus and 5 days residential OJT at any AXIS BANK Branch.

On successful completion of the training program and OJT the participant will be absorbed as a BDE inthe bank.
