Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Northwest Michigan is a fullservice restoration & remodeling contractor specializing in the mitigation and repair of damaged residential and commercial properties. We provide emergency response mitigation services followed by total reconstruction of damage caused by water fire smoke and wind. We are an independently owned and operated company part of the Paul Davis franchise system which is the largest national network of fullservice insurance restoration contractors.
As a Restoration Construction Technician you will play a crucial role in restoring buildings and structures damaged by natural disasters accidents or other incidents. You will be responsible for assessing damage coordinating restoration efforts and performing various construction tasks to bring damaged properties back to their original condition. This is a handson role that requires expertise in construction techniques attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Job Duties: Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry painting drywall installation flooring installation plumbing electrical work and other general construction activities as needed. Assist withdemolition & cleanup maintaining the office/shop and other duties as needed.
Preferred skills: Any combination of rough carpentry finish carpentry drywall hard surface flooring carpet installation painting demolition plumbing electrical tile general labor.
Preferred experience: Some construction experience required. All experience levels are welcome. Rate of pay will reflect skill/experience.

- Has a desire to learn new skills
- Is punctual energetic and has a strong work ethic
- Must be willing to be on a 24 hour oncall rotation for emergency repairs
- Holds a valid Michigan Drivers License
- Must pass a criminal background check
