DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: The Director of the Spanish Language Graduate Theology and Ministry Programs is responsible for providing visionary leadership and academic oversight for the Spanish masters degrees in leadership and theology programs. This role involves a range of administrative responsibilities including enrollment management partnership relationships adjunct faculty recruitment and supervision as well as contributing to the overall growth and development of the program. The candidate will hold a terminal degree in theology ministry or related discipline; possess Spanish fluency; and be committed to the Christian faith from within the Assemblies of God Pentecostal tradition.
Vanguard University offers both tenure track and term faculty contracts; the type of contract offered will be determined based on the candidates qualifications at the time of hire.
This position begins June 2024.

Salary:
Fulltime position. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Placement at appropriate rank (e.g. Assistant or Associate) and initial salary are dependent upon education experience and based on Vanguards faculty compensation schedule. The upper range is reserved for candidates that demonstrate the highest level of proficiency within a particular rank.
