What to expect

• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with product managers designers and engineers to develop industryleading IAM capabilities for our customers and internal teams.
• Full Stack Development: While everyone has a certain focus we want people to design develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend features using Ruby K8 AWS Lambda Terraform MySQL DynamoDB Redis and more.
• Systems Thinking: Design cohesive solutions that consider individual components and the overall user experience while allowing us to grow.
• Efficient ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• DataDriven Development: Use data analytics to guide product decisions and feature improvements as well as catering to performance and security concerns.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in shaping our team to help enhance our ways of working and our development processes as well as our domain and its components.

What you need to be successful

• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer in product development with demonstrated success in building hightraffic APIs and services.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Ruby TypeScript/ relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) nonrelational databases (e.g. dynamoDB) eventdriven systems (e.g. SNS/SQS RMQ Kafka) as well as Docker Kubernetes and enterpriselevel distributed system architecture.
• Cloud Platform Experience: Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• ProblemSolving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing practical solutions that drive product growth.
• Team Player: Excellent English communication skills with proven ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in fastpaced settings.
• Development Practices: Experience with continuous development methods (XP experience is beneficial).
• Initiative: Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership curiosity and constant learning.
• Experience with the following is a plus: Serverless architectures Systems programming languages (Rust or Go) Edge computing and storage solutions (Fastly/Cloudflare)
